  1. Boys and girls are admitted to Pre-Nursery. They will have completed 3 years of age. The admission to the other classes is made on receipt of the following documents. The original Transfer Certificate from the previous school, the original mark sheet of the last examination taken and the date of the Birth Certificate. The new student must be introduced to the Principal personally by the one who will be responsible for their studies, for their regularity, conduct and fees. If the school authorities think it necessary, they will examine the new applicants and place them in the class they are found fit for.

  2. No pupil will be admitted to the School without a Transfer Certificate from the previous school.  A birth certificate must be produced for admission into any class. A child must not be less than 3 years of age at the time of admission into Pre – Nursery.

  3. Only Parents/ Guardians may apply for a Transfer Certificate. They may do this in the application form available at the School Counter. A search fee of Rs. 200.00 will be charged for a Transfer Certificate. All supplementary certificates like Age/Reading Certificate are subjected to a fee payment of Rs. 50.00.

  4. The tuition fee shall be paid for 12 months. It must be paid by the 20th of every month, failing which a fine of Rs. 20/- per month will be charged. Students who fail to pay fees for four consecutive months may have their names struck off from the register or maybe debarred from tests.

  5. The management reserves to itself the right of retaining the responsibilities or asking for the withdrawal of pupils who are unsatisfactory either in application or conduct or who do not seem to benefit from their schooling.  In such cases, the Principal is not bound to give any further reasons.

  6. Irregular attendance,   habitual idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the school staff or bad moral influence, justify dismissal of pupils.
  7. The school authority reserves the right to revise the fees as and when it is necessary.

  8. The Management reserves to itself the right to refuse admission to any student without furnishing any reason.

The uniform as prescribed by the School is

a). Black Trousers with Check Shirts (for Boys),
     Black skirts with Check shirts (for Girls), Black Tie with white strip,
     Black Belt, Black Shoes with red Socks and Red Sweaters.
     It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school with clean and full school uniform.

b) Wednesday: White shirt and White trousers / White skirts.

c) Friday: House Dress for all students

d) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:

Check Salwar, Black Kameez with Black Dupatta. (For Girls class VII – X)

e) Wednesday: White Salwar and white Kameez with white Dupatta.

f) Friday : White Salwar, White Kameez with House Colour (Blue/ Green/ Red/ Yellow/) Dupatta.

Note:

  1. All  girls must use red  hair bands and/ or the their hair neatly with red ribbon.
  2. Mehendi, kajal, bindi, nail polish are not allowed.
  3. Boys are not allowed to grow hair long. It should be neatly cut periodically.
  4. Ornaments and jewelery of any kind are not allowed in the school.
  5. Rings, perfumes, bangles and tabeez (visible) are not allowed
  6. Every student should wear a clean, complete and correct uniform daily. A pupil who comes to school without proper uniform or whose uniform is untidy and/ or ill-fitting will not be allowed to attend the classes.
  7. Students should have sufficient sets of uniform.
  8. Both boys and girls need to tuck in their shirt. No students are allowed to wear the pants or skirt below their waist. It needs to be well places on their waist; else a fine of Rs 20/- will be charged each time.
  1. Staying away from the school without leave is not permitted except when the cause is sudden illness. No leave of absence will be sanctioned nor will be pupil be allowed to go away from the school during the school  hours without a  prior written application for leave from his/ her guardian stating the reasons. Birthdays, Excursions, Festivals, Urgent Business, time to study for examination etc. are not sufficient reasons for leave.

  2. After an absence from class, the pupil must bring the reasons for absence duly entered in the Absence Leave Record. Medical Certificate is to be furnished when leave is taken on medical grounds.

  3. Pupils  must  not  absent  themselves  from  the  school  on the day prior to  holidays or tests/exams. They  must  rejoin the   classes   after  the   holidays   on   the   re-opening   day. Any  breach  of  this  rule  without  prior  written  application and   permission   will be   considered   a   serious   offence and is punishable.

  4. A pupil who has been absent for six calendar days (including holidays) without due written authorization from the Principal will be considered as having left the school, and his/her name struck off the rolls and may not be re-admitted and /or he/she will be suspended from the school for an equal number of calendar days he/she was absent.

  5. Any leave involving more than six calendar days must be applied for in person and a written permission obtained from Principal. No telephonic information will be accepted.

  6. Pupils should have a minimum of 85% attendance to eligible for appearing in the Annual Exams.

  7. Students having 100% attendance will receive merit Certificates and will be honored in the School Function.

  8. On  working  days  students  will  not  be  allowed  to  leave the campus.

  9. A late arrival is a breach of discipline. Pupils are asked to be punctual and obliged to attend the Assembly daily. A student who comes late to school must enter the date and time of arrival in the Regularity Record under Late Arrival. Late Arrival may be punished each time. Students who come late habitually may be sent home to bring the guardians. To enter the class, the entry in the record has to be counter signed by the principal and has to be shown to the class teacher.
